Low Quality Leads Can Indicate a Conversion Issue
Low quality leads can indicate there's something that's unclear about the web sight. If you're getting leads for a completely different area of business to what you're offering, then clearly those people haven't seen the sight and thought, hum, ok, this isn't quite right for us. Instead, they've thought, i don't really understand this, or i don't know where i am. I'm just going to inquire anyway. So we'll come onto how we fix that as we go so sometimes, though, it's not about increasing the volume of leads, but also increasing the quality. And that was the case here.
