What Does Technology Add, Apart From Reducing Transaction Course?

I think of technology as a transaction cost reducing device, right? Normally, to have this conversation, i would have had to buy a very expensive flight ticket. And the transaction course are so low we can do this conversai. So that's how i think about technology. What does it add, aside from reducing transaction course? And on the other side, what is the trade of what does it take away in terms of losing the human you know, again, cot an cot magic, right? Becauetheyre, some some magic when human beings meet, right in person, which is different than when we meet on zoom? Can you d mystify that for us?
