How Simon's Podcast Stagnates

Steve runs a similar business to Simon. They're in the same industry. Steve's biggest earner is speaking in schools with taking from that more than doubling in the last 12 months. He has a podcast as well, but slowly my goodness, you know, 500 new listeners every year or two. And some days feels a bit more like Simon and things are pretty happy. But there've been quite a few days where I felt quite a bit like Steve and wondered whether it was all worth it.
