The Prerogatives of Churches
Many churches that have incorporated and they incorporate in order to be qualified for the IRS category 501c3 when they incorporate. One of the reasons people have a hard time believing that any of this is true is because these regulations or these prerogatives that the state has over the religious corporations called churches are so rarely or are so loosely enforced. So on paper you have signed away your right to meet when you think the Lord Jesus wants you to meet. You've signed away yourright to have the officers of your body be the officers that are laid out in the New Testament elders and deacons.
