The Challenge This Week Is to Breathe

This week's challenge is to breathe. What did you take the challenge to me? I was going to try to do some deep breathing and what's called a hypnotic breathing, but I almost gave myself a panic attack a couple of times. You could avoid that by doing more box breathing - holding your breath for five seconds at a time with an out hold count of four each. Or if you're trying to do a quick calm down, it's like a three or four second thing, like if you're already breathing pretty fast. Well, unless you can try any of these and see what happens.
