Using Somatic Awareness Exercises to Increase Self Energy

People have different sort of gateway C's. For some people, it's calm. Without first establishing some calm in their system, it's difficult to access self energy or increase that sense of self energy. And so there are various, you know, somatic awareness type exercises, if you will, that help bring on calm. But for me, I would say curiosity is my gateway C. Right? The active using the imagination is essentially creativity. So there's another C's. Yeah. realizing something true about ourselves can increase our confidence.
