The Importance of Being Vulnerable
You get massive problems in a company if people don't feel safe and stuff. That definitely makes sense. And it's a bit of a precursor to being able to be vulnerable. Then things like safety means that you can ask cheaper questions and not feel threatened by doing that. And those are the questions that usually 90% of other people are also thinking into, which is what you really need in your team. You're willing to admit your mistakes when you're fucked up rather than like covering them up. This leads to the things like the VW scandal, the missions and all these things where people are just trying to make themselves look good and shuffling under the rug.
