The Arms Race in the Nineties

It's ironic that hemers was totally influenced by the soviet insistence on malare systems. Americans and the soviets have created the modern fer in this regard. I think it's about 15 years that a russian military industries have been revived to some extent. Now we are trying to close the gap of lost progress in the nineties rad. So what do you think about who is putting the strings here? i'm kind of on team nothing happens here.
