The Challenges of Starting a SaaS Business

I think one of the challenges of starting a SaaS business is that it typically takes a long time to get it off the ground. Honestly, I probably would have gotten a product person faster. The product did start to suffer when my time started to get split and I think I have a good design sense, but not a great design sense or at least even to stick with it longer enough. When the bootstrap themes I picked from back five, seven years ago started to look really dated, then it's going to take some level of rigor to kind of redo those interfaces and do those types of things.
