I think our nervous systems become so conditioned to this modern world that slowing down actually feels like torture. Sinking down is not an ideal description of the truth of it. That's really what we're trying to find. And we're seeking alignment with the universe and then within. When you really, ideally, you avoid it, you can transcend the slowing down and work yourself into alignment. So yeah, because like I said, the slowing down can be a lot of pain and suffering.
