How to Communicate Your Vision Statement to Non-Technical Audience

The metaphor can go a long way, but you have to practice at it and be good at it. The boardroom should never be the first time you're starting hitting with it. Most of the time it's what can we deliver? What are we going to improve? You don't wanna slip into the old, everything's gonna be perfect in version 2.0. And I see that as the biggest gap that very rarely is somebody thinking that long term.
