I still very much believe that inflation and interest rates will be coming down a fair old way from where they are now just not probably by the end of the year. The timing being right about the direction of things is relatively easy trying to land everything within a 12 month period is really hard it is. I certainly think we'll see drops before the next election because although the Bank of England are independent if that did happen before an election so I'd lay big money on that.
