Mark: I'm a huge fan of heavy slow resistance. You have to be careful of how you dose it and knowing how it interfaces with the person's run programming. The more we can make this stuff approachable, the more we keep demonstrating it online. That's how we start to make this stuff sticky and more readily acceptable in these communities.
