How to Use Sticky Notes in Everyday Interactions
In the book, we talk about two different kinds of presentations. The one that I think we're all more familiar with is where someone has the presentation prepared ahead of time. And they ask everyone to sit down and passively absorb the information. In a kickoff meeting or a brainstorming meeting, there's maybe some structure in place. It could be structure in the form of a canvas on the wall. There are sticky notes. We suddenly see it in a whole different way if there are five people in the room.
