Digital Coaching - Can It Offer Something Unique?

The pandemic has probably helped people's attitudes significantly shift to the possibilities of digital coaching. I'm not saying that the green face to face it also has its place, I'm just saying this medium offers something of value to the coaching process. And as we see coaching itself, addressing more deeply equity and diversity and inclusion as well, I think there's more space for that to come in as we move forward with digital coaching.
