How Do I Determine the Value of a Property?

Internal underwriting process to determine what you feel the value of that property is. You know it all starts with a sales price Right, you create a model going off of that Um that first cash flow. Then ultimately you get to a net income and then you choose a cap rate to get value. Now you look at your debt service and deduct that from the net income To get your but to four tax cash flow and if that works We move to the next stage of due diligence.
