The Biggest Problem Is Time
The biggest trouble is time. It's not even about how their learning is being given, the time to actually learn the content learned th subject. We're working with our h r department, cals for impact, to almost integrate this into your yearly performance review. And i think that incentive for people will help, because there are people there that just like they think they know at all, they don't need training. Or the designers with the theoretical thinking, oh, i don't need ravit. That's for documentation. No, you need it because you want to be an architect, and that's part of your role.
