How to Get Rid of Junk Food and Sweets in Your Life

There are lots of dietary recommendations to choose from. I would start with, let's look at your diet because that is probably one of the more powerful levers or levers that we've got in terms of changing metabolism. You might want to try a low carbohydrate diet and even a ketogenic diet. And then you might transition to a paleo diet or something else once you're feeling better. It can be a really good intervention if you're trying to restore brain health. Lots of alcohol, lots of marijuana, tobacco, in really any form is not going to be helpful for your metabolism.
