You're never gonna get someone really good to be able to do that consistently. So what works much better is just getting ahead by a couple weeks or even a month ahead of something that needs to be done. If you can't understand how much better your assistant can organize their time and their life when they've got seven days to get something instead of seven minutes or seven hours then I can tell you like that alone will probably sabotage all of your outsourcing plans.
