Cholesterol is a wonderful little molecule and Mr Keys and all of the people that decided that they would jump on that on that train have poisoned cholesterol in the mind of popular culture. It's just simply amazing to me that we could be so thoroughly distracted by this easily refuted idea. The nature of this bizarre permutation of the actual biology, biological understanding of cholesterol's function and everything, it's amazing how this has happened over the past 50 years.
