I like intuitive eating, but what I find with intuitive eating sometimes is, you know, there are question marks. So I think you can turn around to an individual that's not training and not eating properly. And you get them to make better food choices. But after a certain period of time, if there's a lot of volatility in someone's nutrition, daily new nutritional plan, sometimes it's tough to make change. You really need to keep things a little bit monotonous. If you're working with a body builder or someone going for extreme body composition change, you can't have too much volatility.
