i'm not going to say it can take off like gang busters, but i think that for a significant number of landowners, this could be a very good thing. It comes down to they need to have their goals laid out. Every landowner needs to have a solid set of goals and decide if he's going to do this,. And how much he expects to make, and then start making that happen. I believe it more realistic to day.
