The Importance of Emotional Decisions
If something breaks that's expensive you have to pay for it whereas you're renting you don't. There are good and bad there are pros and cons to each one. I'm not suggesting everybody should rent. I'm just saying that people should at least consider it. It's not a good or bad thing. It totally depends on the numbers.
