Retail and Hospitality Are Both Showing Very Good Fundamentals Right Now

Retail sales were down 1.1 percent in December that's another one of those deflationary data points but that's off of a peak of five hundred eighty six billion dollars of retail sales in November which was an all-time high. Retail and hospitality both are showing extremely good fundamentals right now and rising out of the pandemic where his office seems to be going the other way. We still have huge pent up demand still for travel and tourism from our citizens you add to that that China was by far the largest fender on foreign travel they were double what US citizens spent on foreign travel this year. I think it bounces back to where it was in 2019 but it is going to continue upward
