Rents aren't set by the mortgage cost of landlords, as far as I understand it. And what determines whether or not a landlord is going to be able to pass on that cost to their tenants? So I would not expect to pass through with one to one because there's all sorts of things that stop it. For a start, you've got lots of landlords who are not mortgaged and so don't have that same pressure. You start to really seriously bump up against the ability of tenants to pay. There is a limit that they can't push rents beyond. We don't know where that limit is. But we're sort of stumbling towards finding it in London at the moment.
