I've never got over the emotion, like not knowing everything in the business. I don't know if I ever need teachers. I kind of quite like the idea that I want to know everything or see everyone. Practically, you're right, you're absolutely kind of now and therefore you need to build new structures and re-contract with individuals around that. And a continuous process of improvement is what's gone on there. We have lots of sayings in our business, but putting foundations in just before we need them is one of those that we've tried to do"
