The Role of Oligarchs in Ukraine
Oligarchs of course it is bad, because it's a private interest trying to capture the public sphere in public good. Ukraine has to fight against oligarchs and gradually the role of oligarchs is diminishing. Oligarchs play a positive role also in Ukraine and that makes a difference with Belarus and Russia. The empire sometimes comes back and we see that they come back very violently.
