Vinasa is the unifying of breath and movement. It means matching your movement to your breath. And this carried over for me immediately, because i had done many different sports before getting into yoga. I started practising vinasa and thes and it it makes you better. Frankly, you're just, you have better, better proprioception where you can actually bere more a awareness of your body in space. That's really powerful.
