What's the Right to Disconnect?
Five per cent of french workers felt they could never stop checking their phone or emal. Their boss could message them at any time of the day or night and if they didn't answer, they'd be in trouble. The French government introduced a new law that gives every worker what's called the right to disconnect. And once those work hours are over, unless you're being paid overtime, you don't have to look at your phone or check your emal.
