The End of State Subsidies

I'm pretty fed up with the water companies and we've seen an apology this week. I think what's important is to make sure that we have a plan... people didn't know about these things until it was just over a decade ago. It was a Conservative Minister Richard Benion who initiated that we're going to stock making sure all these sites were monitored. All of that will be completed by the end of the year and that information is publicly available. Energy prices are set to fall as the year goes on but state subsidies are also ending meaning only the lowest income households will continue to get help with their bills.
