Is the Word Jargarnaut in the English Language?

Jagganot is a really useful word, but i get where ujon's coming from. It doesn't quite feel right totally. I mean, it interesting that it went from being kind of an evil, unstoppable force to being just more generally, an unstoppable force. Yes. And look, i'm not out here trying to tell people whether or not to use a certain word,. But sometimes the word jargarnaut even has kind of a positive connotation. So i don't know, lake, is there anything intrinsically wrong with the word itself, or can we find another way to use it?
