I think sometimes people put too much pressure on themselves about what this needs to be and so it needs to not have mistakes. It needs to be coherent but it doesn't need to be you know amazing. I feel like pick the one piece of that you know say 20 page paper or whatever you submitted that doesn't seem that terrible and then clean it up, hopefully it's perfectly sufficient. You could ask for help. Whether that help is from your school from your teacher from someone outside. We sometimes look at people's writing examples for them and help them out with it. There are lots of options.
