We have seen difficult markets around the world because of the very difficult international situation we face. The bank of england run an independent monitary policy. They set interest rates. Think it would have been unconscionable for us to allow people to go into this winter and next winter facing those high energy bills. We've also taken action to reduce our tax burden, which wasa 70 year high. And when the chancis lork econom when the chancellor talks about moletariuts, that his massively affected the markets. Let's not shy away from that. I'm prepared to take difficult decisions and do the right thing.
