The National Cyber Security Strategy

The National Security Council released a review of its national cyber security strategy. A lot of the things that are kind of bipartisan or kept from your tenure there were included in it. The nse is trying to get people to adopt What we would call today as best practices, so I'm just really wondering about the internal internal dynamics of the nsc.
