There's a bunch of different reasons why one could be eligible for the arbitrum token. More than four transactions or interacted with four smart contracts as the base tier and that goes up to 100 transactions with more than 100 Trans that smart contracts for the big power users out there. So if you only had a thousand dollars, but you transferred that one thousand dollars around 250 times you would have gotten the top criteria.
