The Frustration of ADHD

The frustrating thing about ADHD is cause is not a simple answer. Most of us do not realize when we are newly diagnosed, this was certainly true for me. My wife points out cause opportunities all the time. The water glass can be a great example or metaphor for a task, an obligation, a commitment. We put them down and forget about them.
