One of the safety coffins that a lot of people know about was by Count Michael DeCarnice Carnegie, who was the Chamberlain to Nicholas II of Russia. He said after hearing her screaming to be let out from her own grave, he was obsessed to make sure it never happened to anyone again. And so this one had a tube which came from inside the coffin up above ground at the coffin end of this tube. There was a glass ball hanging over the dead person's chest.
