The Rat and the Cat Swimmed Across the River

Rats and cats are both very smart animals. Rats in particular are extremely intelligent and empathetic. They put their wisdom to good use when they asked another animal, the ox, if it was possible to hitch a ride across the river. An ox is a type of cattle, generally male, whose primary purpose is to be a work animal on a farm. The two animals smiled at each other as they watched the rest of the competition fade away.
