The Power of Reading Vos's Sermons

The richness of, of what is not said in Vos's sermons is perhaps just as significant as what he does say. In order for him to do what he does, there stands behind that interpretation and application of those texts. He doesn't feel beholden to quote from theologian after theologian or scholar after scholar. But what he does is he takes everything that he has read and then he boils it down and then communicates it in a horridatory way.
