Should Technology Expertise Be Required to Be a Senator?

Benjamin: Most people in the world who are outside of the world of technology, like there is no broad based education. In most universities, it's not required that you understand the kind of basics of information technology or anything like that. And so I am kind of coming to the conclusion that it's becoming a bigger and bigger problem. But look, we don't have any great requirement that you have to know the law either.
