"I don't consistently track my time, but every once in a while it's like, all right, things are out of whack. I need to sit down and do that," he says. "You can try to choose what you think of as a typical week." He suggests people start tracking their time one day at a time for the next three years. 'We tend to put a high number on feeling like we're working a lot, but it's good to know what that number actually is'
