I think we'll have to go through this process until new rules are written you know ideally as I said there will be a big meeting of minds of all the powerful actors and new rules would be devised but unfortunately it will be a more drawn-out process. We need to move to a new phase where we talk about bringing the poorer countries into adapting to climate change developing a new growth strategy that's adapted to saving the earth, he says.
