Orthorexia is an unhealthy focus on eating in a healthy way. It isn't an official diagnosis, but the basic idea is that it includes eating habits that reject a variety of foods for not being pure enough. Some experts think there are similarities in orthorexi and in eating sorders like bulemia and aterexia nervosa,. All are about food and control. My eating disorder began before social media, the old way, inside of yoga's studios new jersey and manhattan. I spent most of my twenties as a pescotarian, in all his thirties as a vegetarian, including two years being a vegan. But weganism can be an eating disorder
