Women Coaches - The Ultimate Goal Is to Be a Girl Dad
The biggest challenge we have is the number of women who are coaching. Young girls are growing up thinking well damn I can do this now where 10 years ago they didn't think that yeah. The ultimate goal is for when your daughter is uh if she wants to work in football that we don't need this program anymore because it's just ubiquitous and normal Like it has become for other industries like female doctors and female astronauts and what have you.
