What Is a Peer Review?
A peer review is really it's a gatekeeper system. It's meant to make sure that studies that are published are legitimate, and not just made up nonsense. In regards to what people should be looking for in a paper, I actually think the first thing they shouldbe looking for is the type of study. The most two most common types of studies that you'll see in education are case studies and theoretical papers.
