i think there's a ton of value, not only to your personal happiness in sleep instead of heartright? But also to the quality of thinking and decisions and relationship. Your whole nervous system's connected to every part of you. And i think t we sort of were often taught to gloss over that and suppress it. I love kind of like maybe starting with the wo mystery side and then kind of like exploring it from a more scientific basis - even if it started at place that felt amorphos to me.
