How do you hire for people with a growth mind set and the right attitudes? I mean, i think it tends to come out in the screening process. You can often just have a much more perspective sea like where they need to be in two years time - an they are. The top ten percent of people, in terms of growth mine set, have at least thought about their career plans  and where is going to get them.
