What Are Some of the Formative Experiences You've Had in Your Career?
After a business school, there wese a lot of formation based on mistakes i made. Frankly, the first one was right out of business. Once i got in that job, i became more transactional and less relationship driven. And so once i got past like chasing money, or making decisions based on kind of, you know, not great decision making criterion, i made better career decisions.
