How to Start a Brewery

It took me about five years worth of say, diverting my mortgage payment into it to get it all fixed up at about a two and a half year mark. So we are, our building is about 6,000 square feet or so. But with all that empty space, once we get everything fixed up, my wife's kind of like, you know, we could use that space and my mom and I could make a flea market.
