Canadian Citizens Taking Action to Stop the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) Process

The next meeting of the SPP is scheduled to take place in August of 2007 in Montebello, Quebec. The Council of Canadians has been told it will not be allowed to rent a municipal community center for a public forum. Meanwhile, corporate leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada will have unimpeded access to our political leaders. It's incredibly important that these types of actions are not impeded by the RCMP or even the US Army acting on Canadian soil. This is a disgrace and only sign that we are slipping further and further towards the North American Union.
